Ranch House, Deer Park, Teller, Colorado

Long video, lots of views or photos to see! On a side note for new followers, nearly all my stories have a video and a photo version on my page. 

The abandoned building is on what used to be possibly Swisher or Switcher Ranch (help appreciated on this one) It is part of the Deer Park BLM site. Though I found the information for this when I was looking in the Wilson Creek School, I can seem to locate the info now! If I have heard and read right, this was a very large homestead ranch nearby to Wilson Creek Ranch and community. 

This was previously used as a ranch house. There is a staging area just west of here that has horse stalls leading to the many trails in the area. Great little pass through stop and explore. 

Cows, yes cows are what eat the walls. Watch our for the pies that they leave also. The steps on the back are steep! 

There are many foundations just across the road from here also. It’s a mountain top so expect wind! Located just off High Park Road in Teller County.
