This very tall Obelisk is on the north side of the cemetery, partially blocked by a tree when approaching. As you round the tree you are taken back by the over 12 foot tall monument. This obelisk reaches high to the heavens above. At least I think it’s that tall. I am fairly short, so it may be shorter than I feel like it is.
This four sided obelisk is there for the Mack Family. The engravings are on each side as follows.

I would never post anything incorrect unintentionally. I only mean to honor the lives that were with the stones and information that I can find. I have a love for cemeteries and ghost towns. Cemeteries are full of stories, sometimes I can find them, sometimes I can’t! Be respectful if visiting any of the places I share. These places won’t be around forever, especially if not treated with the utmost in respect. Want to see more? Visit our blog at listed in our Bio
